The objective of this project is to assess energy consumption of Building 274 (laboratory, office and vivarium space) to understand electricity, steam and chilled water use and identify opportunities for improvement that translate into energy reduction. Pfizer desires to receive a comprehensive report that identifies energy consumption and opportunities for energy efficiency initiatives within Building 274 that allow Pfizer to reduce the consumption of steam, chilled water and electricity while maintaining a safe and effective workplace that complies with regulatory requirements.
