The water utility for Ledyard, CT has received a $3 million grant to improve their water system. This design project will include: • A new above ground water storage tank- approximately 250.000 gallon capacity • A new pumping station • New water treatment systems, including chemical addition for disinfection and pH adjustment, as well as contaminant removal (type TBD) • Cost estimating to verify the project can be constructed within budget
