Model Based Systems Engineering Approach to Designing a Commercial Lunar Mission

This project focuses on creating a SysML model for a notional commercial lunar mission, incorporating the Concept of Operations and Mission Environment specifications. Using mock lander, payload, and mission data, the model identifies key operational phases and tracks important performance factors such as power and thermal requirements needed to support successful payload delivery and deployment. The model provides a structured representation of lander behavior, system interactions, and environmental considerations, demonstrating the use of SysML to effectively capture mission architecture and support analysis of system performance within a conceptual lunar mission framework.

Our team collaborated with Computer Science & Engineering 8,Electrical and Computer Engineering 6 on this project.
