Design of Connective Tissue Workouts for Submariners Validated by the Nonintrusive Multimodal Approach for Monitoring
This project focuses on the design and validation of a specialized workout intended to enhance connective tissue integrity and fascial health for submariners during deployment. Given the spatial limitations of a submarine, the routine is optimized for a 7x5x7 ft space. The effectiveness of the workout is validated through multimodal monitoring, utilizing Delsys Avanti EMG for muscle activity analysis and MOXY technology for muscle oxygenation analysis. The proposed workout also provides feedback to users by measuring biomechanical balance control conditions (joint loading) and nervous system attributes.
