A church in Hebron, CT has purchased a largely vacant parcel of land and is drawing up plans to construct affordable housing there in the form of a 3-story building and adjacent structures totaling approximately 50 apartment units. The development will result in significant stormwater which will have to be managed carefully as the site borders a nature preserve, an elementary school, a baseball field, and a road. The goal of this project is to design stormwater management to meet regulatory requirements for the site in the context of the proposed development.
