This project centers around an integrated circuit (IC) testing system used to verify the functionality of logic chips. The system consists of both hardware and software components, where the hardware test fixture applies electrical signals to a chip and measures its outputs, while the software provides an interface for configuring tests, controlling execution, and analyzing results. This testing process is essential for ensuring that chips behave according to their expected logic before being used in larger systems.
