Our team is working with Manafort Brothers to simulate a real world project completed by Manafort Brothers. Our team is acting as the General Contractor, having been given all necessary documents, drawings, and information, we work to develop a cost analysis, crew structures, and work schedules to bid for this project, secure the contract for the work, and run through the construction process. Through our project, we perform a detailed quantity takeoff, prepare a full project bid, complete a submittal log, and create a full resource-loaded schedule.
