2022 is on track to be one of the most deadly years on the road recorded since the 1980s. At the same time, recruitment for law enforcement and patrols has gone down. The Connecticut Transportation Safety Research Center (CTSRC), grant funded by the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT), is seeking to build a mobile application for users to report and document a driver's bad driving based on their license plate and the corresponding actions the driver did in order to collect relevant data.
