Neighborhood Speed Watch - Automated Vehicle Speed Violation Collection System
Our project is to decrease traffic speeding and aggressive driving in neighborhoods as they are significant problems in safety for the general public. As the number of speeding violations increases, the solution was to create a Neighborhood Speed Watch - Automated Vehicle Speed Violation Collection System. The speed watch can capture a picture of the car violating a user's preset speed limit. Then record the time, date, license plate of the vehicle, and speed of the car. Placing all of the time, speed of the car, license plate of the vehicle, and picture of the car in the database will be displayed in an application. The application will allow the user to look at the information from the database and set the speed limit on the speed watch.
