Designing a Capacity Plan to Identify Bottleneck Solutions and Leverage Opportunities for Profit and Production Growth
Marmon has tasked us with improving upon their production capacity through the use of a Capacity Plan. A 2.0 version of the plan will be determined and laid out for future implementation. The use of Lean tools and concepts learned through on-site training and personal knowledge will allow us to improve upon the given tools. To ensure the project’s success, the Capacity Plan will call for an increase in production capacity from 5MM ft to 7.5MM ft of wire per month.
